'PAW Patrol' & 'Shimmer And Shine' Stars Arrive In Lagos For Nickelodeon Africa's NickFest Nigeria 2017

Rubble and Skye from Paw Patrol and Shimmer and Shine have just arrived Lagos in time for Nickelodeon Africa's fun-filled children’s festival, NickFest Nigeria! Nickelodeon's NickFest Nigeria, in partnership with Maltina will feature lots of fun games and activities for kids and families.


Hosted by IK Osakioduwa and Emmanuela of Mark Angel Comedy, Nickelodeon will be holding NickFest, Africa's biggest family-centric festival, in Nigeria for the first time ever at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th November 2017.

Kids will get to meet some of Nickelodeon’s superstars, including SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora and Friends, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Chase, Marshall, Rubble and Skye from Paw Patrol, and Shimmer and Shine

Nigeria's first-ever NickFest will be hosted by IK Osakioduwa and Emmanuela of Mark Angel Comedy. Parents and other adults are also not left out as A-list musicians such as Yemi Alade, Davido, Simi and Mr. Eazi, will be performing live.


The Celebrity Slime Challenge where popular personalities get slimed green in an effort to raise awareness and funds for The North East Children's Trust project. Children and parents also have the opportunity to join the slime dunk at the Slime Zone.

The two day NickFest is open to preschoolers, primary school goers, tween, teens and everyone in general.

For the first time ever, Nickelodeon’s world famous, Nickfest is in Nigeria!

The family-fun festival will hold for 2 days at The Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos between November 18 & 19, 2017.

Hosting the show are radio and TV personality, IKponmwosa Osakioduwa and child-comedian, Emmanuella of Mark Angel Comedy.

Ikponmwosa Osakioduwa popularly known as IK is a Nigerian radio and television on air personality who is best known for his work on Big Brother amongst other world class shows. The 38-year-old father of two will be bringing his energetic character to Nickfest to add some excitement to the day.

Joining him is the internet’s favourite child-comedian, Emmanuella of Mark Angel Comedy. Emmanuella Samuel is one member of world-renowned comedy trio – Mark Angel Comedy, a group that has over the years, earned a large fan-base on the Internet and beyond with its comedy skits which have been viewed over 800,000,000 times on Facebook, YouTube & Instagram alone.
