Happy 20th Birthday Nickelodeon UK!

NickALive! would like to wish Nickelodeon UK, the number one commercial kids' television network in the UK and the best Nickelodeon channel in the universe, a very Happy 20th Birthday!!

Nickelodeon launched in the UK at 7:00am on Wednesday 1st September 1993 as part of the then new Sky Multi-Channels package, and are this year celebrating their landmark 20th Birthday!

Nickelodeon arrived in the UK Nickelodeon style - with a epic transatlantic sliming, and the first Nickelodeon sliming on British soil! John Eccleston, the presenter of the British version of the Classic Nickelodeon game show "Get The Picture" slimed kids in a studio within the UK whilst the British actress and voice actress Moira "Mo" Quirk, the referee of the Nickelodeon game shows "Nickelodeon GUTS" and "Global Guts", simultaneously slimed American kids in front of the famous Nickelodeon Slime Geyser at Nickelodeon's First World Kids Headquarters located at Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando at Universal Studios, Florida, USA!
