Nickelodeon UK And Argos Extend Partnership For Interactive Store Front Promotions And The Return Of "Everyone's A Winner" Initiative

ToyNews, a monthly trade magazine for the toy business, is reporting the fantastic Nickelodeon UK news in the following article that Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products UK have expanded their partnership with the United Kingdom's largest general-goods retailer, Argos, for two brand new promotions!

A store window collaboration between Nickelodeon Consumer Products and Argos begins this weekend (Saturday 27th July 2013), which will feature interactive stop front windows at the Argos shops in Westfield Merry Hill and Westfield Derby that will showcase toys and merchandise based on the popular Nickelodeon properties "SpongeBob SquarePants", "Winx Club", and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", and the popular Nick Jr. properties "Dora the Explorer", "Bubble Guppies", and "Dinosaur Train".

As of Saturday, QR codes (Quick Response Codes) displayed underneath each of the products will allow consumers to reserve products within the store for later pick-up or directly purchase the products for home delivery.

The partnership will also see the return of the Nickelodeon UK's "Everyone's A Winner With Nickelodeon" campaign with Argos from Saturday 27th July 2013, following the success of Nick & Argos' 2012 promotion of the same name, which will give every customer who buys a Nickelodeon product from Argos a unique prize code that can be redeemed on a dedicated website online.


Prizes include online memberships for Nickelodeon Kids & Family Virtual Worlds Group's "Monkey Quest" MMO (massively multiplayer online game) virtual world game and virtual pet website Neopets, passes for Nickelodeon Land at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, and Nickelodeon at Sea family holidays with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).

The campaign will be supported on-air across the Nickelodeon UK network (Nickelodeon, Nicktoons and Nick Jr.) and online on Nickelodeon UK's official website, nick.co.uk:
